Return Policy

If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, you are welcome to return most items sold by Rival Comix. Please refer to the steps below for refund and return overview.

  • Please contact customer service at sales@rivalcomix.com within 14 days of package arriving at your address.
  • Provide us with details and reason for return request
  • We will then process a Return Merchandise number for your transaction
  • Refunds are issued back to you in the original form of payment. Please allow shipping and handling time for us to receive the item(s) before refund can be processed.
  • Refunds will not include any original shipping and processing charges unless return request is due to courier neglect or mishandling of package.
  • You will be responsible for all return shipping fees with the exception of reason for return is products damaged in transit due to shipping courier neglect when items arrived at your address.
  • Please pack the item appropriately with sufficient protection in a proportionately sized shipping box. If the item arrived to us with damage during transit due to poor packaging your refund will be less.


NOTE: Products must be returned in their entirety, no missing parts, in their original manufacturer’s sealed packaging and condition sent to you.

  • Undeliverable shipments returned to us due to buyer imputing incorrect address or not being home, we will make an attempt to reship by contacting buyer. Any return and reshipping costs are due before item(s) are reshipped. Refused shipments will be treated as a return and any return costs will be deducted from buyers refund.

All orders include tracking sent to you via email and also available when you log into My Account page.
